All orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service and are fully insured. If items are in stock, they will be shipped when payment has cleared. All orders will be confirmed by email. A valid phone number and email address are required. Because Dave builds his psalteries continuously, if the psaltery you ordered is not in stock, Dave will hand make it in his next batch, please allow 4 to eight weeks for delivery. Your charge card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped.
